I have been using it since March 2015 but not all of us liked its features at first. They did improve them a little after. The doctor can schedule an appointment via chat and then receive patient updates as well from within.This prevents unnecessary communication between appointments if all the necessary steps had already been done through email or phone call. In my experience no need yet though since everything was good enough when we used it as usual. The ease of use and how quickly it can be implemented. I have had no issues so far and have received great feedback from my staff. We were looking for an easy to implement system, but also one that was HIPAA compliant. This program has done both. Great product! As always, we are always looking for ways to improve our business processes. This program allows us to do just that - without adding additional staff or money.
