I also previously had a Sigma art 35 1.4 decided to take 20 ku. So, after buying, I immediately gave it to the service center for auto focus calibration. 1.4 not working! Too little sharpness! If you shoot at point-blank range, it can hit. If you shoot a video, then there is no noticeable loss of sharpness. I myself shoot more often at 1.6 and 1.8 with the best apertures with beautiful bokeh and excellent sharpness. The picture looks rich at 2.8 sharpness will not increase, only the backdrop will be less blurred. It is impossible to hold the camera together with the lens with one hand. I also always wear a protective lens hood because I'm afraid of scratching or hurting the lens of the lens. The lens is ideal for general, medium shots of portraiture and somewhere in the reportage. Sigma art has excellent wide angle lenses. Ringing sharpness, amazing picture quality. Very happy with the lens!
