Review on Bridgestone Turanza T001 205/60 R16 92V summer by Barbara Lis EH ᠌

I have driven T001 205x55x16 "made in 2022" since the beginning of November 2022 for 5000 km. At first it was very noisy, but after a thousand km it rolled up and in the cabin there was good silence, again quiet squeaks of plastic were heard. Excellent handling on both wet and dry roads, you ride like on rails. The previous tires were also Bridgestone ER300, skidding was possible on it in the wet, this is not at all on the T001. There was a significant minus - on these wheels, gasoline consumption jumped per liter. At first I thought that it seems that there are other reasons for this. But no - yesterday I installed winter wheels, also a Bridge, and the consumption immediately fell by 0.6l / 100km, the car rolls noticeably easier and responds more cheerfully to the gas pedal. But judging by the tread pattern, T001 is exactly rain tires, and rain tires have never been distinguished by maximum fuel efficiency.
