My daughter needed my Blue Yeti so she could record professional podcasts and vocal music on her computer. . I needed something better than the mic on my PC and I found this Maono mic. It's a big improvement over the microphone on my MacBook Pro, and I used it to record an intro for a large IT user conference. Also, I can connect it to my iPad Pro via the USB-A Lightning connector, and it also offers better recording quality than the iPad Pro's microphone. I used it to record a trumpet line for a church during the COVID pandemic and it worked well. I like the zero-latency headphone jack, the mute option, and the ability to adjust the mic output and headphone volume separately. BONUS FIND: I just discovered that I can unscrew the desktop mount wheel from the mic arm and the arm is threaded to screw onto a standard mic stand, which is very useful. It doesn't have the ability to change the microphone pickup pattern like the Yeti does, but for the money it turned out to be a very good USB mic.
