1. It works well2. The measuring and aligning it out was a little rough. They should make it a little easier for you somehow3. Make sure you have a thick enough cabinet. The screws went all the way through and just stick out4. It never mentioned what to do with the usb cord or the little round black sticker that came with it in the instructions
