I’d buy it again: my feedback

1. It works well2. The measuring and aligning it out was a little rough. They should make it a little easier for you somehow3. Make sure you have a thick enough cabinet. The screws went all the way through and just stick out4. It never mentioned what to do with the usb cord or the little round black sticker that came with it in the instructions

Serves it's purpose!

Farely easy to install for what it is. It definitely serves it's purpose. I installed this on a drawer ony nightstand and it definitely keeps the kids out. The instructions say the lock will unlock when batteries go dead, but I've been using it for almost six month now and they haven't went dead yet with using it almost every other day. This purchase was we'll worth the money. Too bad all this crap is made in china!

The installation instructions might as well have been written in Chinese.

So far I gave this 3 stars only because I have no idea how well it works. The instructions were obviously written by someone that uses broken english. The instructions reference two distances to mount the lock. The 1st is 6.00, the 2nd is 20.00. They must be in centimeters bc it's not inches. After I figure out how to install it I'll update this review.

Great Product: my feedback

I was skeptical that this would function like I needed it to.It took about an hour to install on an Ikea dresser. The card programing was simple and the product has performed well.

NOT A ADVERTISED! best in my review

The instructions say "For iOS, add a new transit card at apple wallet, then program the transit card to your lock as a NFC access card." You can't do that! They have wasted so much of my time trying to follow their instructions which DO NOT WORK!

Pros
  • We installed it as the kids are now teens. Easy to get in when we want to but they can’t.
Cons
  • Very cheap construction with screws that set in wood 1/8".
