The best benefit of this service provider I can say without any hesitation was its speed in resolving our issues related to domain names as well as email addresses with port 53 errors (PTR records). It's hard not mention their customer support team which responds very fast when you need help from them or require immediate resolution within few hours after your request has been received by us! Sometimes it took some time but they got back at me once my issue resolved itself automatically so no worries there! No problems found yet though we are using only couple months now!! Great work guys keep up good job!! We were facing problem while sending emails through SMTP servers where sender address gets rejected due PTR record error. This caused downtime since clients couldnt send mails during those days hence affecting sales revenue etc..
