Eager really does simplify and automate most aspects business communications

The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to work with you if there's an issue or question they can't answer right away- it doesn’t matter what time of day/night we contact them about something either!! It has been great having our tickets resolved so quickly without us needing any extra hassle from their team (and getting paid for doing nothing).

I have also loved being able use this app in my car while driving around town - which means no phone calls at all during these times when its easier just not be disturbed by people trying call me constantly anyway haha :) We were looking into different ways how businesses could communicate better between employees as well other customers who needed assistance etc.- but then realized another benefit was using eager would actually make life more convenient since everything gets logged automatically now instead relying upon memory myself :D I like how easy it is to use! It's so simple for customers or employees who need assistance with something as minor such using email templates in our Help Center app within their own inboxes at home/work etc.. The ability of tracking tickets from multiple locations (home office). This can be very helpful when solving problems across many teams simultaneously - which we do frequently here @EAGER-HQ.

  • Very intuitive interface that makes communication fast + simplified, especially useful because most everyone uses phones today..it really integrates best wth everyday tools used daily already =)
