The system disk flew away, and on the advice of a friend, I purchased this SSD. In computer technology, an amateur did not understand why, although the motherboard supports SATA 3, the port and cable are also Sata 3, in the program to the disk, the Samsung Magician shows a speed of 6 Gb \ sec, but the measurements are rather weak . Be that as it may , the system (Win7x64) began to boot just instantly -35 seconds from pressing the network button (it used to be 3 minutes). The only thing I didn't like was that it heats up under load more than a regular disk - copied data to it -50 Gbps of another disk, heated up to 48 degrees (there were 29 in the room). I had to remove the side wall and connect an 8 cm fan for airflow, it became much better, it doesn’t heat up more than 40 even with long-term load . Great thing! I googled and seemed to find the reason for the low speed - you need to enable AHCI mode in the BIOS, then the hard drives will work in SATA mode, and not the default IDE. But it requires additional changes to the registry. P. I tried to make all the changes, turned on the AHCI mode, the speed on the 2nd and 3rd screens - which one is considered true - is not enough in the native program, more in CrystalDiskMark .
