If you don't need "safe" tips for the intended application, don't buy them. The dimples/hollow tips make the driver brittle right where it needs to be strongest and strongest. In fact, these are torx drives with a hollow tip. Had to replace the most commonly used T20 and T25 after about a week. I needed a quick fix so they are temporary for all needs. They won't last long if you use them on a large 1000 screw project like I did. However, they will likely last longer if you don't expose them to this. However, I was disappointed that they got involved as quickly as they did. If the tips were hard, I'm sure they would last a lot longer.
