It works great. I can only assume that some others who say it didn't work may have used it incorrectly. You should be wet in the bath or shower for a few minutes and then rub the skin with a sponge without using soap or anything else. Dead skin rolls off and is washed off. The sponge does not irritate the skin at all. I don't know how it works but it definitely does an amazing job.
