I bought these headphones because of excessive wind noise when cycling with headphones on. I can hear you but I listen to The Nerdist podcast so it's just conversation and not too loud that I couldn't hear it over the wind noise. I still hear cars approaching behind me, or even other bikes. i have to live my life With the headphones I used, I still had too much wind noise. The headphones were inexpensive Bluetooth headphones that otherwise work great, but they are too "big" meaning they stick out of my head. Since then I've switched to some old wired headphones and bought a Bluetooth receiver to plug in and clip to my collar. These are old very flat headphones and I used them for swimming but now I use my watch to play my podcasts so my world is changing. Anyway, if you're still reading along, I'll listen to the podcast until I'm allowed to start the group trip and then delete it as I'm traveling with my group now. It was at this point that I noticed how much wind noise was reduced using the Wind-Blox with just my ears. It's too late for me, but it may help reduce long-term hearing loss and tinnitus for you. I haven't noticed any problems with excessive sweating on a very hot day, but I do sweat a lot, but apparently not from my ears. . I also noticed that the velcro strips are sewn on. I've read reviews of maybe other models or straps where they were just glued together, but that's not a problem with mine. Check the dimensions of your belts where you intend to use the Wind-Blox to decide whether you need longer belts or not. As for me, I've already adjusted the triangles around the ears and the longer length works well.
