These shoes fit my elevated instep due to cancer.
I have a leg that is swollen from cancer. No matter how many companies have claimed to solve this "swollen foot and ankle" problem, none of them have solved the problem of high instep due to enlarged foot and ankle. This shoe works. I think it's the Velcro. My other foot swims the size I bought so I wear three socks and really tie them up. My normal height is 101/2 m. I bought 11 x wide.
