Nice sturdy mount and relatively easy to install - make sure you have a level! That turns the whole assembly into a bust. They are countersunk screws that are mounted in steel without countersinking the steel. Using the included fasteners leaves unsightly protruding screw heads that look like you didn't finish the job. These should come with button head screws from the manufacturer so it looks finished once screwed in. Of course the head will stick out a bit, but at least it looks like a finished work. I plan on making a one-to-one switch once I get the right screws (round head - black) from the hardware store that screw in tight and flush with the bracket (with a little protrusion for the head).
