Review on 🍃 Silicone Collapsible Strainer, 2 Quart - OXO Good Grips (Green) by Donna Tran

I bought an OXO Good Grips collapsible silicone filter to replace a similar filter that I used for many years until it finally broke off the frame. The old model is no longer available, but the OXO is a worthy replacement. It expands and collapses easily. I use if for hot and cold dishes and clean them in the dishwasher. It turns into a thin disc that I can easily hang on a hook near the sink. What I don't like is that the colander has a flat bottom with holes while the old colander sat on the ledges at the bottom. Sieve. So if I put this in the sink, if I don't put it directly over the drain, the liquid will stay in the food and I have to lift and shake it to drain the food. It's not a huge disadvantage, but it could be more user-friendly.
