Review on Capresso 427 05 Coffee Maker Stainless by Courtney Stone

I have had a Capresso machine for 20 years and it has never let me down. Until I failed. I decided to try the Capresso again because 20 years is unimaginable for any car. I'm totally disappointed with that! The quality of Capresos should be a thing of the past. Because this coffee maker is hit or miss. Within 6 months it got worse. It was never good, but it was good enough. In the 1st month the pan cracked and broke when I cleaned it and "cleanly" put the plastic lid on. Cheap quality. I make 2 cups a day. Sometimes the coffee is warm. Not hot. Other days are too weak and watery. Other days are too greasy and cloudy. So you can't drink. Sometimes I'm lucky and it's the right temperature and thickness. I do it the same way every time and never know what I'm getting. I wouldn't recommend it as the performance is as good as the $15 Mr Coffee I bought at Wal-Mart while waiting to ship this one. Don't buy this.
