Bought and fitted to a 2007 Honda ST1300. With minimal modifications it fits and works perfectly. Throttle/switch bodies vary too much between makes and models to work separately from the package in most cases, but slight trimming of the mounting tab usually provides a good fit. The image shown is not the actual item, this version has a slightly wider lug, a shorter lug and no notch. The part of the throttle valve lock that has the fastening tab must remain fixed after assembly; it can be glued, screwed or otherwise fastened to the throttle valve body. The other half of the semi-circle should move freely as it provides the actual friction when engaging the cam. Even when the lock is on, you can manually release it in an emergency. The secret is to tighten just enough to just hold the throttle in place when you take your hand away. I set the thumb latch lower (counterclockwise) than normal to about the 6 o'clock position so that if I let go of the throttle while the latch is engaged, my index finger would unlock the latch underneath. This laid the mounting tab (after slight trimming) neatly in the slot between the two cable nuts for about 2 hours. Vista Cruise is a simple, reliable and affordable solution. When installed as I have described it is almost invisible when looking at the steering wheel area.
