I have owned this product for almost 2 years but have only used it a couple of times. The only problem right from the start is that the WiFi connection is a bit off, but it's not a big deal. Now maybe after 6 uses the heating element cover no longer stays on the unit and doesn't hold the temperature at all. Tried to cook steaks, set to 135 at 1:30. The device reaches 135, starts the timer, then the element turns off and resets the temperature (depending on the device), immediately stopping the timer until it reaches temperature again. The steaks (still cooking) were in the water for about 25 minutes but according to the sous vide timer it was only 6. Don't waste your money on cheap Chinese imitations.
