Having paid a lot more for other brands of square pans and they warped soon after, this one works pretty well so far. The time will show. This review is mostly about the performance of cooking about two dozen times. I've definitely noticed that the heat distribution is much more even than some of the thinner pans I've used in the past. Responds to changes in flame intensity quickly and evenly across the entire surface. I'm more than pleasantly surprised considering the cost is lower than expected. Be warned - she's big. It appears to be much larger than the 1" size in 11" pans. This is great for my use but maybe the distance between the burners on my cooktop is longer. (I'll update this review if I see any issues in the future, but for now I'm a happy chef.)
