This is a pretty cool device and really helps to get nice even cuts. It's perfect for cutting out pasta, crackers, etc. in order to get consistent sizing. However; it's a little tricky to get even pressure as you are rolling it, especially if you have the tool spread out to make larger cuts. If you hold the outside edges and press down, the inside rollers don't cut as well. And vice versa, if you hold more toward the middle, those sections cut well and the outside rollers don't go all the way through. I'm still experimenting with it to figure out how best to hold the device so all of the rollers cut all of the way through. I found it was helpful to have a standard pizza wheel on hand to run back through any of the lines that didn't cut well.
