Before switching to Samsung, the only smartphones I owned were iPhones. However, after two years of use, my iPhone 6 began to act pretty dumb due to obsolescence and frequent drops, so I decided to upgrade to the much-lauded Galaxy S8+. I was looking for something fresh, with a high-quality camera and solid overall performance. It's possible to have a lot of conversations about whether iOS or Android is superior, but if you ask me, iOS is much easier to use and more intuitive. However, that's not the point of this discussion. After roughly two months of consistent use, the phone's performance began to noticeably degrade, despite the fact that there is plenty of memory available for both storage and operational purposes. There haven't been many many apps put in yet. It began to run more slowly in virtually all applications, including common ones like a web browser and a camera, among others. As for me, a phone that costs that much money ought to be able to just fly, which is what I anticipated from it. The iPhone 7 that belongs to my wife is noticeably quicker. There were frequent issues with the microphone, and my interlocutor frequently did not hear a word I said; it appeared as though the microphone had been switched off. After the second call, everything was back to normal, however there were issues with conventional calls as well as calls made via whatsapp and viber. The quality of the camera is only ordinary, and if you don't select the "Pro" setting, your low-light photos will almost always come out bad. alters the appearance of faces or backdrops. The front end of the identical 7-ke has been significantly improved. E However, the display on this phone is rather brittle, making it the poorest feature overall. One only needed to remove the cover book before the phone could slide onto the tiles in the bathroom. This single fall, from a height of less than one meter, was enough for the display to crack and become covered in dust. There was a network of cracks all across the screen, and in the four corners, the glass completely broke off, revealing the metal frame underneath. It is my own fault, of course, that I didn't place a film or a protective glass on my 6th-generation iPhone, but despite the fact that it fell considerably more frequently, both on tiles and on ice, the display remained unharmed during the course of the previous two years. The display was broken here after it had been used for three months and had suffered one tumble. The cost of replacing the display starts at 19 thousand, which is approximately half of the total cost of the phone. There is only one conclusion to be drawn from this, and that is that the phone is not at all worth the money.
