I have tried many different natural shampoos and conditioners and this is by far my favorite! It really makes hair shine and brings out natural highlights. It also gives good volume and prevents frizz, leaving my hair nice and soft without being dry. One downside for me: I am sensitive to smells and it smelled SUPER strong and gave me a bit of a headache within an hour of using it. The ingredients say "natural flavor" but synthetic flavors usually give me a headache. After about a week of use I got used to it and the smell became less obtrusive.
