I was skeptical because of the price but the reviews were good. Very surprised at the quality for the price. Assembly was very easy (actually it just means one plate to attach the tv.) Overall the instructions were pretty good. The video link is ok but too helpful. I installed it on a brick fireplace when not extended or tilted to watch in another part of the room. Me wanted the tv to be originally centered over the fireplace I didn't think that part through, luckily before I started drilling in the brick I had to do the Move the bracket fastener 4.75" left of center so it was centered. It would be nice if I included this clarification in the instructions. My only other negative comment was on the plastic pieces covering the wall mount portion of the mount that covers the screws in the wall. They are very cheap in terms of quality compared to the rest of the device. Be extremely careful when separating them. A couple of tabs broke very easily, but there were enough left to hold them together after installation. The other plastic covers that hide the cables are a nice touch.
