Cirrus is user friendly and very flexible

The ease of use, it's ability to be customized for our specific needs in terms of reporting structure as well as its flexibility when using multiple platforms (mobile devices). It does not have any additional features that we need at this time but I believe they are working towards adding more tools/features which will make their product even better! We love how easy-to -use cirruses complaint management software has made customer service much easier than before by allowing us access from anywhere with internet connection via mobile device or desktop computer; also allows quick response times due to realtime updates through email alerts set up within each department regarding open issues / tickets assigned etc.;.

Pros
  • Multiple departments can easily view all outstanding complaints together without having duplicate ticket numbers.
Cons
  • No major dislike so far
