My 9 y/o daughter got this as a Christmas gift and it broke After a month. I contacted amazing who got me in touch with the seller. After an hour long phone call and filling out an online form They let me know it was still under warranty and could be replaced. I had to ship the old one back (sort of a pain b/c we didn’t have the original box). I had to follow up with them to see if they received it. Once that was confirmed they shipped us a new one and this one has not had any problems. Even though there were some hoops to jump through, it was worth pursuing the warranty claim and we were really happy they followed through on their end.
