Overall, this product is great for my work clothes. It seems to be the only cleaning product that effectively and quickly removes odors. I'm always grateful for a product that really serves its purpose. At the same time, the aroma is fresh and persistent. That being said I gave this product 4 stars because when it arrived the lid was screwed on halfway and more than 1/4 of the product leaked into the bag it was in. It also got out of the box and into the box. When it arrived the detergent was all over the place which made a really good mess. I tried to ignore this issue because it smelled really good. But I was very disappointed that the lid wasn't tightened properly which means I lost money and detergent.
