The sharpening guide itself looks good, but the diamond blade holder makes it useless. The shank on the mandrel is very poorly machined to the wrong diameter. They are set at 0.11325" and 0.1125" for the two sent. This compares to a constant value of 0.1240 (+/- 0.0005) for genuine Dremel branded products. While that doesn't sound like much, it's enough that it can't be tightened with a 1/8" collet, which causes the bar and blade to oscillate at over 15,000 rpm.
