Review on 🔪 Lotos LT5000D Compact Dual Voltage Plasma Cutter - 50A, 110/220V AC, 1/2" Clean Cut by Adam Nikolz

I bought this plasma cutter thinking it would do most of the cuts I do at home as a hobbyist etc. Little did I know after about 2 hours of use, which I rarely did, I had to replace the burner head. Please note that the problem was not with the manufacturer! I took it apart anyway, but wanted to buy tiny mounting screws and a trigger guard return spring to replace those I might rip off the burner or lose. So I contacted LOTOS. I'm glad I did - and how! There was no need to call her. There was no need to bother her with a pile of letters. Nothing. Two emails (because they wanted my shipping address in the second email). It arrived in about 4 days or so. Connected cables - and BOOM! Went like clockwork. Cut thin tubing like no other. The 1/4" stem was light enough. Even 5/16 was operational. Very happy with this unit and PARTICULARLY with the company warranty and the people at the company whoever they are that took care of my issue. Customer service doesn't get any better than this, highly recommend this device if it suits your needs and the company!
