Very good customer service!

I bought this scanner specifically to inventory my Dell laptops. I knew I needed to make adjustments to the device and I was ready for it. I have scanned the codes for 1D, 2D etc. but have not been able to scan the service tag on my Dell laptops. I contacted the seller and they asked for pictures of the codes. I sent them on request. The seller replied that these were not QR codes, but "Reverse Data Matrix Code". They also sent an attachment for this code. Now it works exactly as I needed it to.
