Ideal for hand sewing with a 1mm hole punch

I used them for overstitching leather, perforated with a 1mm punch and 1mm thread. I'm getting really great results and these needles are really fantastic. The needles I got with the leatherworking starter kit bent easily, but these didn't bend, they're pretty strong. I can only recommend these needles for hand sewing leather.

Pros

Egg shaped eyelet. Ideal for sewing and repairing sails, canvas, leather and similar materials. High quality, extra heavy steel wire needles. Dish hooks have a rounded tip. It is most commonly used on the skin where holes have previously been made with chisels or punches.
