large needle

I bought these for leather work and they are small for what I like. I will put it in a sewing kit and leave the rest for my wife to sew. I would buy again anytime I need this size

Score Perfect Comfortable length, eyelet is long for easy threading and won't catch in needle hole when sewing, like some other brands out there.

Ideal for hand sewing with a 1mm hole punch

I used them for overstitching leather, perforated with a 1mm punch and 1mm thread. I'm getting really great results and these needles are really fantastic. The needles I got with the leatherworking starter kit bent easily, but these didn't bend, they're pretty strong. I can only recommend these needles for hand sewing leather.

Pros
  • Egg shaped eyelet. Ideal for sewing and repairing sails, canvas, leather and similar materials. High quality, extra heavy steel wire needles. Dish hooks have a rounded tip. It is most commonly used on the skin where holes have previously been made with chisels or punches.
Cons
  • Something else
