Review on 🚲 LX LERMX Upgraded Bike Mirrors - Two PCS HD Glass Lens Bar End Mountain Bicycle Mirrors for Rotatable Safe Rearview by Badpuppy Warton

I bought these mirrors despite some negative reviews I read in other reviews. The #1 complaint I read was that the threads weren't long enough for the nut. I overcame this fairly easily by tightly screwing the mirror onto the round knob and using the mirror itself to push the male screw more tightly into the female mount. This gave me enough threads to tighten the nut. Initially I was hoping I could mount them on my bars, but in reality this position only gave me a good view of my arm and not much of the road behind me. So I swapped right and left and hung them upside down under the bars. This works very well. This gives me a great view of the road behind me while looking at the mirrors just under my arms. The only downside is that my knees hit the mirrors on tight turns. I decided I really only needed a mirror on the left (traffic) side, so I left out the right mirror. So I only have to watch my knee on a sharp left turn. This turned out to be quite practical. I've been using these mirrors for a few days now and have found that it's best to leave the mount on the bars tight but not too tight (just a little loose). This gives me good up/down adjustment and prevents the mirror from being out of adjustment too far if I slip it. I love the look of these mirrors on my bike and I love the functionality of the large area. Installing under the bar widens the angle of the optics enough that a smaller mirror doesn't provide a good view. But this large mirror offers an excellent view. I rotated it mostly horizontally which gives me a great view of two lanes.
