I was looking for a fireplace set that is different from others. My fireplace also had a silver frame and I wanted it to match. There aren't many options for woodchips. The main reason I wanted to leave a review is that I've noticed many buyers complain that the base is unstable due to the 2 screws on the bottom. The reason for this is that the base needs to be turned upside down and then rest on the edges of the base. And it's absolutely stable. So it's not a lack of design here, it's a lack of people assembling it incorrectly. It would have been better if instructions had come with the kit. not mine. My only complaint is that the silver plate doesn't fit. I had to bend it by hand to make more fall off the stand. Does anyone have a solution for this?
