Review on Zhanmai by Arun Berry

Unfortunately, my experience with Zhanmai's online shop when I recently bought a set of gardening tools was disappointing. The goods themselves were of reasonable quality, but the shipping and packaging could have been much better. The items were shipped in a flimsy cardboard package with no padding or protection, which led to the shipping damage of several of the tools. It was disappointing that the things weren't packaged with much care, and it took a while to get a replacement for the tools that were broken. Even though I respect the effort made to offer high-quality products, Zhanmai's lack of care in the packaging and shipping of my order left me with a bad impression. Sadly, Zhanmai fell short in this area. As an advanced user, I demand a higher standard of care and thought when it comes to shipping and handling.
