Wouldn't buy one for myself but my husband gave it to me. I recommend buying an accessory kit and a fryer lid. The fryer's lid allows you to fry, fry or bake and dehydrate, but I haven't tried the dehydration feature. It cooks quickly and saves me the hassle of using my full size oven for many of our favorite baked goods like turkey wings and breast when using the fryer/baker/fryer attachment. The simple pressure cooker makes great meatloafs, vegetable stews, whole chickens, and saves tons of time cooking things like potatoes and sweet potatoes. I use it probably 3-4 times a week to cook dinner and sometimes I just cook something like potatoes.
