PWM messes up position indicator

With two of these some mirrors were placed to reflect the sun onto the solar panel. I tried accelerating the drive with modulated pulse (PWM), it worked fine, but the position feedback from the drive was drifting when I ever used PWM to control the motor. If I drove the motor with constant voltage, the position pulses worked better, but would still drift depending on how many times the motor changed direction. I have used them outside and yes I know they are not made for wet areas. About a year later some of the internals of one of the engines corroded and I took it apart to see how it worked. It was very well built and also figured out how drive limits work.
