Review on Freud 50 501 Features Hi Density Titanium by Justin Jeppi

Be careful. This item is described as having a 1/4" shank and is shown as such in the photo but when I ordered it I received it with a 1/2" shank which I cannot use in my Colt. I sent it back and customer service sent what should have been the correct item but it turned out to be the same wrong item. They don't seem to have this with a quarter inch shank. So if you need it, you won't get it. If they change the product description and correctly describe it as having a half inch shank, that review becomes irrelevant. My other Freud bits work very well so I have no reason to think this half inch shank bit would not be a great product for those who want it. But as for the item listed here, it doesn't match the description, so don't buy it expecting to get it with a quarter inch shank.
