Pretty easy to replace. I was watching a youtube video about replacing this unit and the guy mentions that he had to struggle with the new one to get it in place. Here's a tip that worked for me: make sure you have a thin layer of grease on the outer groove, turn the old bearing housing the other way and use it as pressure to push the new one in. in place. UPDATE: A year and a half after installation, the bearing starts to click when turning the handlebars. Definitely not OEM quality like the original that lasted 15 years. Well, these are most spare parts these days. Hopefully the Delco replacement is of better quality but I won't hold my breath.
