Ok no target but we came across these and needed them for a DIY project where we needed to get a really smooth finish on a pavement. We tried smoothing it out with a rolling pin and we also tried a paint roller but the fluff just didn't work and we had too many problems with the rolling pin because of the corner. That was a good and cheap solution. The patch is nice and smooth! My husband likes to keep them for his car repair adventures and you never know when you might end up using a random tool for something other than its intended purpose to save the day!
