Does exactly as described!

Easy to use. Quickly heats water to the desired temperature. Maintains accurate temperature. Very quiet. The quality of the bag is excellent. The mini pump is easy to use to remove air from bags. The recipe book was a little disappointing but there are thousands of recipes on the internet. A time/temperature table is very useful.
