UPDATE: I have had this product for 6 months now and unfortunately it no longer works properly. I haven't abused it either. The connection to my external monitor breaks now. This only works if the USB-C cable connected to the computer is completely straight. If the cable is bent at all, it will be connected and disconnected in quick succession. Looks like poor build quality. While not an expensive item, it should still last 6+ months. Like I said, it's great when it works. Unfortunately, the cable seems to be a point of failure. I might be better off spending more and getting a better quality real dock. ORIGINAL: I've had it for a few weeks now and it's amazing. The DVI and HDMI outputs work great. Just plug in and get started. I haven't used VGA yet. Once assembled, the device looks pretty good. I am using it with my Dell XPS 13. Please make sure you understand that this is only outputting to one display at a time (which is stated in the product description). I considered buying a docking station to use an external monitor, but this gets the job done for a fraction of the price. Thank you again Monoprice for a great product at a great price.
