I have a very nice container garden and even grew and harvested Yukon potatoes this year. I got 10 pounds of potatoes and that's a lot for one person so I decided to cook rice and freeze a little and then dry a little for casseroles and scallop potato dishes. Only problem, my old dehydrator only works for small batches and takes 20 hours! So I went to Revain, researched and bought this one. Today I finished the rest of my potato harvest in ONLY 8 HOURS! Great! Tomorrow part of my tomato harvest will be gone. My peppers and my pepperoni will come. My legend is also bursting at the seams. Looks like I walk a lot with this little one. I can barely wait for it!
