We've used LiveVox since 2012 and have been delighted with the level of service provided and the expertise of the engineers behind the software. A great place to work, great culture, amazing people and high standards. LiveVox is fast becoming a go-to vendor for any CRM integration, for example Salesforce. LiveVox has great leadership who give us confidence in their vision and commitment to achieving it. I am the only person at my company who uses livevox (and I'd love to spread the word) They are constantly innovating and providing new features and services. It is still quite expensive, but for those companies looking to move away from using Contact Center Solutions, LiveVox is a great option. We use them for all of our phone systems and web chats, and they have great people supporting it all. I would recommend them to anyone looking to modernize their tech stack and get rid of all the legacy crap. When I first joined my company, I was lucky enough to get a LiveVox account. Now, every other year, we renew our contract with them. I love the ease of doing so.
