Purchased for my 1993 K1500 pickup. The switch was exactly the same as the one I removed. It was replaced due to defective cruise control. This switch solved the problem. The switch was easy to replace after removing the plastic cover under the steering column. Of note, when the switch was fully inserted into the area of the wide plastic clip, my brake lights stayed on. It wasn't until I took it off that I noticed the little serrations on the sides that allowed for a bit of adjustment. I picked it up again but stopped for a few teeth and it was a nice place.
