They even provided extra parts in case we dropped or lost some!My 15 month old grand is not quite tall enough (but she is very short for her age), she can touch her feet on both sides, but not quite enough to move it. This is good for us, as it will last a long time and not be too small for her when she really wants to scoot around in a few more months! It is rated for 10 months to 3 years old.
