I bought this ring light on July 25th and have used it on several live video calls. The light is strong, can reach the level of my eyes and the phone holder in the middle of the ring light. The light has three color settings, and each setting has multiple shades of darkness or lightness. The lighting helps my live video to have sharper video images as well as sharper images. This is a really good flashlight and also complements my 8 inch ring light. The ring light comes with a Bluetooth remote control that allows you to take pictures remotely. This is a nice feature because it makes taking selfies a lot easier. I liked it very much. Ring light and would recommend it.
