Review on Medechart by Devin Jirsa

The ability to easily create an individualized treatment plan for each of my patients has been invaluable in helping them manage their chronic conditions more effectively. There are many features within this software which can be used independently or together with other tools such as eMRs/EHR systems (ie. Patient Portal) - it really depends upon your needs & workflow at any given point. I do not have anything particular about this program itself but rather its overall usefulness when working collaboratively across providers from different healthcare settings. It allows me to share information between all parties involved within our team without having to email back and forth multiple times! This saves both time AND resources by reducing redundancies of emails sent back and forth. We also use EMR as well so we were able to begin using these two programs simultaneously. Our success rate improved dramatically once we started implementing some strategies suggested through this.
