The ability to create custom reports which are easily shared with other providers and clinicians is great! I dislike how it takes a long time to load sometimes (especially when there is lots of data). It also does not have an easy way to add new fields or columns for quick charting. The ease of use was my favorite thing about this program! It helped me to track several patients at once with just one app instead if having multiple apps open for each client I'm working in clinic or seeing individually (as well as saving so much paper!).
