After several heavy showers, it kept my convertible top dry and drained water very easily. This is a great product and a great idea, why didn't I think of it? I live in South Florida and the sun is bad for almost everything. As for the car, if you don't have a garage or carport, it's really difficult. So I bought this windshield cover to use in reverse. It covers the entire 10 year old convertible top of my Mazda Miata mx5, preventing what I think might start to seep inside. The price for this cover version of the new top is just amazing. So I'm sure I can stay at the top longer than I thought. I am very happy with the results. It drains water easily and dries instantly! So for those who have trouble with the sun, whether in the Southeast or the desert West, this is a great solution with plenty of spares. Nobody can look into the switched on machine! Good product.
