Vacuum cleaner is fine but the hardwood floor nozzle broke after a few months. Sent in under guarantee and after 3 months I got a call after several letters of complaint from my side. They then told me that they wanted the whole vacuum cleaner in its original packaging. Who keeps all the boxes they get of the things they buy? So they sent the head back unrepaired. I thought there was nothing they could do for me after 3 months and I was afraid I would have to wait 3 months again. BTW when they called me I was on the phone for 45 minutes while they tried to figure out where it was and what the problem was and they had no idea when they would fix it or what was actually going on. BTW, they give you 2 batteries because they don't last long.
